Happily Natural is now entering it’s 11th year. Since 2003 we have promoted natural hair, social change, cultural awareness and holistic health. We can’t wait to see you this summer!

Happily Natural Day is a festival that promotes love and pride in being of African descent. Festival attendees can participate in workshops, lectures, shop in our vendor marketplace for one of a kind art, jewelry, body and haircare products & edutain themselves through the socially conscious messages delivered by artists from around the globe.

Happily Natural is also looking for high quality exhibits for it’s annual celebration taking place this August.

Our attendees are looking for natural hair & skin products, original fashion & accessories, DVDs & books, arts & crafts, wellness products, financial planning, community based organizations, alternative health practitioners, healthy food choices & more at this event.The Black Dollar is the foundation for the betterment of our communities. African Americans spend $744 billion dollars annually yet most of that amount is spent with ethnic groups other than our own. As a result, we remain dependent while European & Asian owned businesses profit daily from our pathology.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Happily Natural Day! Please fill out this form and we will get in touch with you shortly. Those selected for the festival will be invoiced after review of their application. Exhibitor fees are subject to increase after August 1st.

  • 1. EXHIBITION BOOTHS ARE ONLY SECURE ONCE BOTH THE SIGNED VENDOR APPLICATION AND FULL REGISTRATION PAYMENT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. EXHIBITORS WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR VENDING FEE IN FULL PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF EXHIBIT SETUP TIME (11:30AM) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DISPLAY THEIR GOODS/SERVICES. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN ON OR AFTER AUGUST 1.

    2. EXHIBITOR SETUP IS 8:00AM-11:30AM; BREAKDOWN IS 8:00PM-9:00PM. VENDORS WHO ARE NOT SETUP BY 11:30AM ARE SUBJECT TO FORFEIT THEIR VENDING FEE AND DISPLAY BOOTH. EXHIBITORS MAY SETUP AND REMOVE THEIR EXHIBIT ONLY DURING THOSE DESIGNATED TIMES (WHEN VENUE IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC).

    4. EXHIBITORS MUST HAVE CLOSED THEIR BOOTHS AT 9:00PM AND COMPLETELY VACATED THE PREMISES, REMOVING ALL TRASH FROM THEIR EXHIBIT AREA, BY 10:00PM.

    5. EXHIBITS MUST BE STAFFED AT ALL TIMES DURING THE HOURS THAT THE HALL IS OPEN – NOON-9:00PM. UNSTAFFED EXHIBITS ARE SUBJECT TO LOSE THEIR SPACE AND FORFEIT THEIR VENDING FEE. EVENT COORDINATORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN GOODS.

    6. DISPLAYS MUST BE KEPT WITHIN THE CONFINES OF EXHIBIT SPACE ALLOTTED BY EVENT PERSONNEL, AND MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH THE VISIBILITY OF ADJOINING EXHIBITORS.

    7. ALL CATEGORIES OF ITEMS BENG SOLD/SERVICES BEING PROVIDED MUST BE LISTED ABOVE. IF EXHIBITOR DISPLAYS GOODS/SERVICES NOT LISTED ABOVE THEY WILL HAVE TO EITHER REMOVE THOSE ITEMS OR FORFEIT THEIR VENDING FEE AND VACATE THE PREMISES.

    8. EXHIBITORS MAY PLACE BROCHURES & OTHER PROMOTIONAL LITERATURE IN THEIR SPACE ONLY.

    9. FOOD VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN GROUND COVERING (IF OUTSIDE), OR CLEAN ALL SPILLED FOOD/BEVERAGES FROM THEIR AREA OR BE SUBJECTED TO A $25 CLEAN-UP FEE.

    10. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST ABIDE WITH APPLICABLE STATE HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS WHILE ON PREMISES. ALL ENTRANCES, EXITS AND PATHS MUST BE KEPT CLEAR AND FREE OF OBSTRUCTIONS.

    11. ALL MATERIALS USED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA MUST BE FLAMEPROOF AND FIRE RESISTANT IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL FIRE ORDINANCES AND FIRE REGULATIONS OF EXHIBITION FACILITY.

    12. EXHIBITORS ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY/LITIGATION RESULTANT FROM PURCHASE/USAGE / HANDLING OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PRODUCTS. HAPPILY NATURAL DAY WILL BE HELD HARMLESS IN REGARD TO ANY COMPLAINT OR LITIGATION RESULTANT FROM PURCHASE OR USAGE OF PRODUCT/SERVICE FROM SAID EXHIBITOR.
