What’s new in the kitchen

Here are some pics of some new things I have been making in the kitchen. First up I have a Portobello mushroom and sundried tomato whole wheat pasta salad w/ balsamic vingerette dressing. Then I have a breakfast of Buckwheat Pancakes and Tofu Scramble on a bed of spinach w/ tomato slices. Then I have some Thai Peanut Noodle Stirfry w/ basil tofu. I used sunflower butter instead of peanut butter in the sauce it was great. I also made my own granola cereal from scratch and my own bread in my new bread maker. I also made some Indian food that I dont have pics of yet. I made spicy chickpeas and spinach over brown rice and curry potatoes. I have been going back to a vegan diet as of lately. I got all off track during my pregnancy and I am just going back to what I know good now. Enjoy the pics!
