About Salim Farms
The Salim Farm is a 33 acre farm in Freeman, Virginia. It was purchased in the 1930′s and has been owned, operated since the Great Depression by our family. Not much has changed since then. The economy is uncertain and people still need real food, grown with love and care and not chemicals.
Producing food is a way of life at Salim Farm. The Community Sponsored Agriculture concept is just one way that Salim Farm sows and reap love and abundance. They offer self -pick on Sunday and Monday, as well as participating in farmers’ markets across Central and Southside Virginia.
